What happens if my coral dies within 5 days?
Just send a photo of the deceased coral to [email protected] and we will issue a credit that can be used on a future purchase in our website. Keep in mind that WWC Outlet corals only have an arrive alive guarantee.
Does your guarantee cover corals purchased in your retail store?
Our guarantee only applies to corals we ship out of our facility. Corals that are sold in store, picked up, or sold at trade shows are not covered by our 5-Day Guarantee.
When does my guarantee begin/end?
Your 5-Day Guarantee begins on the day your ordered is delivered by FedEx. It lasts for 5 full days and you can contact us anytime within the 5 days. Even if you have issues with your coral after the 5-Day Guarantee we would still like to hear from
Do you cover shipping charges for replacements?
We cover shipping cost on orders that are a total loss. If your order is not a total loss we offer a credit for future coral purchases on the website.
Fish Direct 3-Day Guarantee
We offer a 3-Day Guarantee for all fish orders. If your fish dies during the guarantee, we just need a video of the deceased fish along with the packing slip as the background to start your guarantee claim. We offer a replacement on next order or a c
