How do I start a guarantee claim?

Take a photo of the coral before you take it out of the bag if you believe it is dead on arrival.  You can also take a photo of it underwater through the glass with white lights on.  It is very difficult to tell if most corals are dead from a photo of them out of water under natural lighting.

What's the best way to photograph my DOA coral?

You can join our reward program by creating an account in our website. You will earn 1 points per $1 spent. Once you reach 500 points, you may redeem the points for a $50 rewards coupon. 
Points accumulated do not expire. 
Once the points are redeemed, the rewards coupon does have an expiration date. This date will be one month from the date of redemption.
