Shipping

What shipping service do you use?

We only use FedEx Priority Overnight on all orders.  Orders usually arrive around 12:00 P.M. on weekdays and Noon on weekends.  Sometimes the package can arrive later in the day if FedEx is having issues.

How much is shipping?

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship orders via FedEx Priority Overnight with a delivery date. You will need to select a delivery date on the calendar at checkout. We will follow that date to schedule your delivery. Please know that we will not ship out order without a confirmed

Can I combine orders and ship them together?

Yes.  You can always combine any orders together for only one shipping fee no matter how many items. This does not apply for West Coast Source and Fish Direct orders as they are shipped from another facility.

Can you hold my order?

We can hold your order for a maximum of two weeks except for FedEx or weather related issues. If order is held for longer than two weeks the corals in your order may not be WYSIWYG (if any in the order). eBay orders can be held for one week.

Yes, but FedEx charges us a lot more for Saturday Overnight Delivery.  A $15 fee is added to your order for Saturday Delivery. You may select the Saturday Delivery option at the checkout on our website. Please be aware that FedEx does not offer Satur

Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or outside the continental US?
