We offer a 3-Day Guarantee for all fish orders. If your fish dies during the guarantee, we just need a video of the deceased fish along with the packing slip as the background to start your guarantee claim. 

We offer a replacement on next order or a credit towards a future fish purchase. If your whole order is lost we will cover the shipping on your replacement. 

Please be aware that a replacement fish may not be available and you may have to wait until the fish is back in stock.
